Scope and confirmation
Website itineraries and starting prices are invitations to enquire, not an automatic booking. A booking exists only after Mountain Top Travel issues written confirmation and the customer completes the stated payment requirement.
Prices, availability and itinerary
Prices can change with dates, hotels, fuel, transport, flights, group size, taxes and local conditions. The confirmed proposal controls if it differs from a general website page. Mountain routes and activities may change for safety, weather, road access or operational reasons.
Traveler information
Customers are responsible for providing correct names, identity details and other information required for tickets or permits. Visa, passport, health and insurance requirements remain the traveler's responsibility unless a specific service is confirmed in writing.
Payments, cancellation and suppliers
The payment schedule, cancellation deductions and refund treatment must be stated in the final quotation or booking confirmation. Airlines, hotels, transporters and activity providers can have their own rules, which may affect refunds or changes.
Weather and force majeure
Mountain weather, landslides, closures, political restrictions, natural events and other circumstances outside reasonable control can disrupt a trip. The confirmed booking policy should explain what can be changed, credited or refunded in those circumstances.
Traveler conduct and safety
Travelers should follow safety instructions, respect local communities and disclose relevant mobility or medical needs before booking. Anyone choosing to leave the planned itinerary may bear the resulting cost and risk.
