Mountain Top Travel uses information provided through this website to respond to tour enquiries, prepare travel proposals and communicate about requested services. Submitted booking, custom-trip and contact forms are stored in a protected website database so the travel team can follow up. The website does not take online payment. JARVIS conversations are stored to preserve the current travel-planning conversation and its preferences across page refreshes. JARVIS sends conversation messages and approved website travel information to a third-party AI service to generate its responses. Do not share passport, payment or other sensitive information in JARVIS.
Information you may provide
This can include your name, contact details, country, travel dates, destination interests, group size, accommodation preferences, budget range, JARVIS conversation messages and special requirements. Do not submit passport, CNIC, payment-card, bank account or other sensitive information to JARVIS or through a general website form unless a secure, confirmed process is provided.
How information is used
Information is used to answer questions, prepare itineraries and quotes, coordinate a booking you choose to make, and meet legal or operational obligations connected with that service. JARVIS conversation information is used to maintain context, generate travel guidance and transfer an itinerary to a human planner only when you request that handoff. It should not be sold as a marketing list. Administrative access is restricted to authorized accounts and changes are logged.
Third-party services
If you continue through WhatsApp, phone, email, an airline, hotel or payment provider, that service may process information under its own policy. Mountain Top Travel should share only the information reasonably needed to arrange the requested service.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information is held, request a correction or ask for deletion where no legal or operational reason requires retention. You can choose not to provide optional details, although this may limit the accuracy of a quote.
